We usually ship with Canada Post. Once payment is received, you will receive your order within 4-7 business days. Once your order is sent you will receive tracking information. We are usually quite timely and prompt and if we are unable to send within that timeframe you will be notified.
In the instance that your product is damaged, please reach out to us. We will evaluate each circumstance on a case by case basis. In general, we are very reasonable and friendly and ultimately having happy customers is our most important goal.
Shipping is available to customers in both Canada and the United States. If you are from a country other than this, please reach out via email and we can discuss whether ordering is possible, feasible or affordable.
Currently we are only able to accept payments via e-transfer or PayPal. Once your order is placed, you will receive payment information to your inbox. Once payment is received, we will follow up with a confirmation email with tracking information.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened products. All of our products have safety seals on them, but if the seal has not been broken the item can be returned and a refund will be issued. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
